Refund Policy

DarijaCC offers AI-powered transcription as a digital service. Because transcription processing consumes real computational resources immediately upon use, our refund policy reflects the nature of this digital service.
All new accounts receive 5 free transcription minutes upon registration so you can fully evaluate the Service before making any purchase.
Subscriptions
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will continue to have access to your remaining minutes until then. You will not be charged after cancellation.
Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund on a subscription charge if both conditions are met:
- The refund request is made within 7 days of the charge date
- No subscription minutes have been used since the charge was made
Because all accounts receive 5 free minutes to test the Service before subscribing, we consider a subscription an informed purchase. Refunds are not issued if any paid minutes have been consumed.

Renewals
Monthly and annual renewal charges are non-refundable. We send a reminder email before each renewal — if you wish to cancel, please do so before the renewal date to avoid being charged.
Top-Up Credits
Top-up minute packs are non-refundable once purchased, as they are digital goods delivered immediately upon payment confirmation.
Exception: If you were charged but your top-up credits were not added to your account due to a technical error on our end, contact us within 14 days and we will either credit your account or issue a full refund.
Processing Failures
If a transcription fails due to a bug or error on our side — not caused by your file format, audio quality, or network issues — we will restore the minutes consumed by that transcription to your wallet at no cost.

- Your account email address
- The date of the charge
- A brief description of the issue
We aim to respond within 3 business days.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
